VP of Channel Sales – Remote AI‑Driven Enterprise Software

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on VP of Channel Sales to lead a high‑performing, fully remote team at an AI‑forward enterprise software company. You will partner with our strategic channel partners across North America, using GenAI tools daily to coach, review work, and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Directly support and enable our most strategic channel partners to achieve mutual revenue targets.
• Leverage GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) to analyze team performance, identify patterns, and implement data‑driven process improvements.
• Provide targeted, AI‑informed coaching to channel account managers, sales engineers, and partners.
• Develop and continuously refine AI‑enabled sales processes for a fully remote channel sales organization.

Required profile

• 7+ years of sales or account management experience, with at least 3 years in channel sales leadership.
• Proven experience selling B2B software, preferably in the SMB market.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Work schedule overlapping at least 80% with North American business hours and willingness to travel occasionally.
