Wax Coating Machine Operator – Full-Time

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Wax Coating Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Gujranwala. This full‑time position works 8 hours daily, Monday to Saturday, with overtime opportunities, and offers a stable career in a growing industrial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the wax coating machine to maintain continuous production.
• Prepare, heat, and maintain wax at required temperature and viscosity.
• Adjust machine settings to achieve target coating thickness and quality.
• Perform routine quality inspections to ensure uniform coating.
• Identify and resolve minor machine issues during operation.
• Maintain accurate production records and report abnormalities to supervisors.
• Follow workplace safety, housekeeping, and company procedures.
• Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to meet daily targets.

Required profile

• Minimum Matric, Intermediate, or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience operating wax coating machines in packaging, paper, board, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of wax coating processes, machine settings, and quality standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic machine and process issues.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
