Y2K Vintage Team Lead

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Y2K Vintage Team Lead to manage our used‑clothing sorting operations in Karachi. The role involves supervising a small team, ensuring high‑quality classification of Y2K and vintage fashion items, and maintaining strong relationships with our wholesale and retail customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, train and supervise a team of 4‑5 sorting staff.
• Identify, classify and grade Y2K, vintage, branded and premium fashion pieces.
• Establish and enforce sorting and quality standards.
• Monitor daily productivity, operational performance and prepare reports.
• Handle customer inquiries, communicate product requirements and maintain client relationships.
• Organise inventory, oversee stock management and ensure accurate record‑keeping.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in Y2K/vintage fashion identification or sourcing.
• Minimum 3 years of overall professional experience, preferably in used‑clothing sorting, thrift, vintage retail or garment operations.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.

Required skills

• Basic computer and reporting proficiency.

What we offer

• Competitive monthly salary of PKR 100,000 – 150,000, based on experience.
• Full‑time schedule, Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 6 PM.
