About the role
Save the Mothers Trust is seeking a full‑time Administrator to join its team in Haripur District. You will be the backbone of daily office activities, ensuring smooth operations while supporting community‑focused programmes.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day office operations and maintain accurate records.
- Perform data‑entry tasks and manage documentation in line with organisational policies.
- Handle written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate schedules, plan events and assist in organising community programmes.
- Support the implementation of community initiatives and ensure compliance with organisational standards.
Required profile
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities, including record‑keeping.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, solve problems and manage multiple activities.
- Understanding of community programme implementation.
- Prior administrative experience is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field is preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency with word‑processing software.
- Proficiency with spreadsheet applications.
