About the role
We are seeking an organized, customer‑focused Virtual Assistant to support the daily operations of multiple US‑based short‑term rental properties. The role is on‑site in Lahore and requires working US business hours to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via Airbnb, phone, SMS, and email, providing accurate check‑in instructions, house rules, and amenities.
- Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams for turnovers, repairs, and property readiness.
- Manage calendars, pricing, house manuals, and availability across listings; monitor reservations for conflicts or special requests.
- Assist with check‑in/check‑out processes, guest instructions, and escalation of complex issues.
- Maintain organized records in CRM/PMS, prepare occupancy and incident reports, and support SOP documentation.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or virtual assistance.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work consistently during US hours (e.g., 7 PM – 4 AM PKT).
- Detail‑oriented, punctual, and reliable for daily on‑site attendance.
