Arabic-speaking Customer Liaison

About the role

We are looking for an Arabic‑speaking professional to act as a bridge between our Arabic‑language customers and internal client teams. The role ensures smooth communication, compliance with processes and policies, and a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with agents to provide and process information in response to customer inquiries, concerns and requests about products or services.
• Collaborate with agents to build strong relationships and enhance service competitiveness.
• Communicate timely updates to agents, track issues and resolve service‑related problems.
• Contribute to customer development initiatives and maintain a positive customer experience.
• Achieve strong Quality Assurance (QA) scores while ensuring compliance with company standards.

Required profile

• O Levels/Matriculation or higher.
• Strong command of spoken and written Arabic.
• Customer‑centric attitude with emotional intelligence and critical thinking.
• Self‑motivated, assertive and responsive.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
