About the role
The Assistant Manager HSSE & Facilities will coordinate facilities and administrative operations across the South Region, supporting the Regional Sales team and driving Health, Safety, Security, and Environment initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end facilities and administrative operations for the assigned region, ensuring smooth functioning of office premises, infrastructure, vehicles, and company assets.
- Serve as the focal point for the regional office, coordinating with internal stakeholders to address operational requirements and maintain an efficient workplace.
- Oversee facility maintenance, housekeeping, janitorial services, workplace hygiene, space utilization, and vendor performance through SLA management.
- Coordinate travel and logistics arrangements, including air ticketing, hotel reservations, guest facilitation, and administrative support for employees and visitors.
- Liaise with government institutions, regulatory authorities, and public agencies as required.
