Assistant Manager Production – Pharma

About the role

Reckitt is seeking an Assistant Manager Production to lead manufacturing activities at its healthcare factory. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will help drive production efficiency, safety and team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to achieve production targets.
• Recruit, mentor and develop a high‑performing production team.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards for products and personnel.
• Conduct training needs analysis and implement skill‑development initiatives.
• Manage the production budget and optimise resource utilisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (Pharm D) or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in FMCG or pharmaceutical environments.
