Associate RCM Executive

About the role

As an Associate RCM Executive you will support the financial operations of our healthcare technology business. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to analyze revenue data, resolve claim rejections and implement process improvements that maximize revenue streams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, organize and monitor progress of assigned tasks and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Provide status reports to supervisors and document daily activities.
• Audit revenue cycle practices, identify neglected areas and propose corrective actions.
• Analyze clearing‑house, ERA and EOB rejections and deliver viable solutions.
• Coordinate with AR team leads and the New York office for effective practice management and paper‑claims printing.
• Verify EDI files, correct assigned errors in TD and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; fresh graduates are encouraged.
• Strong analytical mindset with good communication skills.
• Ability to initiate and manage multi‑disciplinary projects and drive process improvements.
• Professional demeanor with the capacity to build credibility with clinicians, managers and customers.

Required skills

• Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) verification.
• Experience with Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) and Explanation of Benefits (EOB) processing.
• Understanding of full‑life‑cycle Revenue Cycle Management.
