About the role

We are seeking a motivated B2B Sales Executive to promote our in‑house POS software across retailers, restaurants and SMEs in Pakistan. This field‑sales position will be the first dedicated product sales role at IDENBRID, giving you the chance to shape the sales function from the ground up while working closely with the CEO and COO.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and visit potential business customers to pitch the POS solution.
  • Generate leads through field visits, phone calls, LinkedIn outreach and referrals.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and follow up to close sales.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline in the CRM system.
  • Build and nurture relationships with owners and decision‑makers.
  • Provide market and customer feedback to the internal team.
  • Submit regular sales progress reports.

Required profile

  • 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably with retailers, restaurants or SMEs.
  • Strong English and Urdu communication skills.
  • Comfortable with frequent field visits and cold outreach.
  • Confident presenter and negotiator, self‑driven and target‑oriented.
  • Basic understanding of software products.

Required skills

  • Experience with CRM tools.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Knowledge of POS software and SaaS solutions.
