B2C Cold Calling Agent – Full‑time On‑site in Lahore

About the role

VoxGen is seeking a motivated B2C Cold Calling Agent to join its Lahore contact‑center team. In this full‑time position you will reach out to potential customers, introduce and promote client products or services, and help generate qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects and present product/service offerings.
• Answer customer questions, uncover needs and propose appropriate solutions.
• Accurately record call details and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily/weekly sales or lead‑generation targets.
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to continuously improve scripts and strategies.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication, active listening and relationship‑building abilities.
• Experience with cold calling, lead generation and appointment setting.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, data entry and record‑keeping.
• Proven sales orientation and ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Excellent time‑management, organization and resilience to handle rejection.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales or communication certifications are a plus.
