Bilingual Customer Support (French & English)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, customer‑focused professional to join our support team as a Bilingual Customer Support Representative. You will interact with French‑ and English‑speaking clients across phone, email, and chat, delivering high‑quality service and ensuring issues are resolved promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve complaints, requests, and technical issues in a timely, professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Document all interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department when needed.
• Follow up with customers to confirm satisfactory resolution.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets, including quality, productivity, and satisfaction metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken) – mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, call centre, or client support.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using CRM systems.
