About the role
The Business Development Executive will drive growth for our certification services portfolio in Lahore. You will identify new market opportunities, build relationships with key accounts, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive service and support.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct market surveys and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and submit pre‑qualification documents, expressions of interest, and formal offers.
- Manage large client accounts, cross‑sell services, and develop tailored proposals.
- Visit existing and prospective clients, submit weekly interaction reports, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Collaborate with marketing, technical, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor the sales pipeline, track leads and proposals using Salesforce, and report progress to management.
- Implement the commercial strategy defined by country and product‑line leaders.
- Participate in exhibitions and industry events to enhance brand visibility.
Required profile
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in certification or related services.
- Strong client‑management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
- Excellent communication and report‑writing abilities.
