About the role

We are seeking a driven Sales & Business Development Executive to expand our client base, generate qualified leads and support high‑value deal closures for our e‑commerce growth agency.

Key responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads using professional platforms such as LinkedIn, Apollo and Smartlead.
  • Conduct outreach through calls and emails to engage prospects.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the closing team.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Meet and exceed monthly lead‑generation and conversion targets.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in sales, business development or outbound lead generation.
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience in the e‑commerce sector; Amazon services or digital marketing background preferred.
  • Comfortable handling international clients and remote sales processes.
