Caps Making Master

About the role

The Caps Making Master will join GenXport Services’ production floor in Lahore to craft high‑quality caps that meet precise design and performance standards. Working closely with the design and quality assurance teams, you will turn specifications into finished headwear that aligns with client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret detailed cap design specifications and select appropriate fabrics and trims.
• Cut patterns, stitch panels, and assemble caps using industrial sewing machines and hand tools.
• Maintain equipment, perform routine safety checks, and ensure a clean production environment.
• Monitor fit, structure, and finishing quality throughout the manufacturing process.
• Record production output, track material usage, and communicate needs or issues to supervisors.
• Collaborate with design and QA teams to troubleshoot problems and optimise workflow.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience in cap or headwear construction.
• Familiarity with a variety of sportswear fabrics and trims.
• Ability to operate and maintain industrial sewing machines safely.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistent quality control.
• Basic measurement, counting and record‑keeping abilities.
• Effective communication skills for teamwork with design and production staff.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Lahore and meet tight production deadlines.
