About the role
As a Client Success Manager at Zones, you will ensure client satisfaction by processing orders, building strong relationships, and supporting project delivery within a fast‑paced IT services environment.
Key responsibilities
- Process orders and quotes accurately and promptly.
- Develop and maintain daily relationships with customers across multiple departments.
- Provide operational and reporting support to meet customer needs.
- Coordinate off‑catalog requests and manage sourcing activities.
- Conduct account planning and coordinate project requirements.
- Focus on onboarding new accounts during the first six months and manage at‑risk accounts.
- Monitor open orders, expedite as needed, and ensure SLA compliance.
- Communicate order status and updates clearly to customers and internal sales teams.
Required profile
- Independent thinker with strong decision‑making abilities.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Capable of thriving in a fast‑paced, autonomous work environment.
