About the role

Chughtai Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Clinical Pharmacist to join its pharmacy team. The role focuses on accurate medication dispensing, patient counseling, and ensuring compliance with pharmacy laws while supporting safe and effective medication use.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense prescribed medications accurately and efficiently, adhering to all pharmacy regulations.
• Verify prescriptions for correct dosage, drug interactions, and patient allergies.
• Provide counseling to patients on medication usage, side effects, and storage.
• Maintain and manage pharmacy inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels.
• Implement and monitor clinical pharmacy practices to improve patient outcomes.
• Utilize pharmacy information and inventory control systems to streamline workflow.
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance and legislative requirements.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to review and adjust medication therapies.

Required profile

• At least three years of experience as a pharmacist.
• Strong expertise in medication dispensing, patient counseling, and pharmacy law compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
