CSR Arabic Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time, on‑site Customer Service Representative who will communicate with our customers in Arabic and English. Based in Gulberg Greens, Islamabad, you will handle inbound and outbound interactions through phone, email, chat and social media, providing accurate information and timely resolutions.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, chat and social channels.
• Provide product and service information in both Arabic and English.
• Document all interactions in the CRM system and follow established workflows.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams.
• Collaborate with sales, operations and technical support to improve the overall customer experience.
• Maintain quality and service‑level standards in a high‑volume environment.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑focused attitude with proven ability to enhance satisfaction.
• Previous experience in a customer service or call‑center environment.
• Fluent in spoken and written Arabic and proficient in English.
• Excellent communication, active listening and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in Islamabad and manage time effectively.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree is an asset.

• Proficiency in common office applications.
