About the role
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative for night‑shift operations in DHA Phase 5, Karachi. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, ensuring queries are resolved promptly while maintaining high service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer calls, emails and chat inquiries professionally and within defined response times.
- Troubleshoot issues, process requests and follow up to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Log all interactions accurately in the CRM system and keep customer records up‑to‑date.
- Identify matters beyond your scope and escalate them with clear details to the appropriate team.
- Achieve and maintain KPIs for response time, resolution rate and overall satisfaction.
Required profile
- Clear spoken and written English and Urdu.
- Minimum 6 months experience in customer service, call centre or support roles; fresh graduates with strong communication are also welcome.
- Patient, proactive attitude and ability to stay calm during night‑shift hours (8 PM – 5 AM, Monday‑Friday).
Required skills
- Good typing speed.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Comfort with CRM tools.
