About the role
We are looking for an English‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join our on‑site team in Lahore on night shifts. The role focuses on delivering personalized support, understanding customer needs, and providing timely solutions while maintaining clear communication.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions during night hours.
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of customer communications.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on service standards.
- Assist with operational tasks that support the customer service department.
