Customer Success Executive – UK Hours

About the role

The Customer Success Executive will act as the primary point of contact for NIQ Brandbank’s Tier 2 customers, ensuring they receive maximum value from Brandbank and Etilize solutions. Working on UK business hours, you will build trusted advisor relationships, drive adoption, and support long‑term retention.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high customer satisfaction by understanding client goals and delivering tailored support.
• Conduct regular check‑ins and business reviews to monitor outcomes and product usage.
• Track usage against allowances, schedule product deliveries, and resolve operational queries.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Sales Enablement, and Operations teams to provide a seamless experience.
• Prepare and present adoption and usage reports, using data to recommend improvements.
• Gather customer feedback to influence product development and improve NPS.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling across the Brandbank and Etilize portfolio.
• Support internal training initiatives and mentor team members where needed.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships.
• Experience in proactively addressing client issues and delivering training.
• Strong analytical mindset to interpret usage data and drive continuous improvement.
• Effective cross‑department collaboration skills.
• Commitment to achieving KPIs such as satisfaction scores, retention rates, and product usage.
