About the role
We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our on‑site team in Pakistan. This full‑time position focuses on delivering prompt, professional assistance to customers through phone, email, and chat channels.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a courteous and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services and guide customers through issue resolution.
- Document all interactions in the company’s system and update records as needed.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by following up and ensuring issues are fully resolved.
Required profile
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Team‑oriented attitude with a collaborative mindset.
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage.
Required skills
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
