Digital Sales Virtual Assistant (Remote)

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a Digital Sales Virtual Assistant to drive revenue for partner brands through proactive online outreach. The position is fully remote and performance‑based, allowing high achievers to shape their own earnings and career growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact shoppers who have abandoned carts via email, SMS, and live‑chat to recover lost sales.
• Provide personalized product recommendations that increase average order value.
• Deliver prompt, courteous customer service and resolve transaction issues.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach scripts and campaign strategies.
• Track outreach results and report on conversion metrics.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of proven remote sales experience.
• Minimum 1 year of customer support experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong persuasive communication and a conversion‑focused mindset.
• Self‑starter able to work independently and meet performance targets.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Shopify or similar e‑commerce platforms.
