Director of HR & Operations (Pakistan & US)

About the role

The Director of HR & PK Operations will lead human‑resources and operational functions for our offices in Pakistan and the United States. This strategic position combines HR leadership with process optimisation to support global project delivery and knowledge management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a unified HR strategy across both regions, aligning with corporate objectives.
• Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, benefits and employee relations, ensuring compliance with local labour laws.
• Implement and maintain an HR operating system and monthly operating processes.
• Standardise project delivery and knowledge‑management processes, allocate resources, and monitor performance metrics.
• Promote continuous learning, documentation of best practices and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Lead HR and operations teams, provide strategic insights and regular reporting to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 8‑10 years of HR leadership experience, including 5+ years in the software/technology sector.
• Proven experience managing HR and operations for global teams in Pakistan and the US.
• Strong knowledge of local labour regulations in both countries.

Required skills

• Familiarity with HRIS, project‑management tools and knowledge‑management platforms.
