About the role
We are looking for an organized and detail‑oriented professional to support fast‑growing e‑commerce brands by managing their Shopify storefronts. You will ensure product listings are accurate, inventory is balanced, and the online store runs smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize Shopify product listings for clarity, accuracy, and conversion.
- Audit the website regularly to identify errors, inconsistencies, or outdated content.
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock gaps or overselling.
- Respond to customer reviews to support brand trust and engagement.
- Update website visuals such as banners, landing pages, and product images.
- Coordinate with vendors on inventory, purchase orders, and order tracking.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in e‑commerce or Shopify management.
- Comfortable navigating Shopify and related tools independently.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized across multiple tasks.
- Clear written communication, especially for customer‑facing content.
- Proactive mindset and ability to work efficiently in a remote setup.
