E-Commerce Sales Specialist

About the role

TalentPop App is seeking a motivated E‑Commerce Sales Specialist to join its remote team. In this role you will turn customer conversations into sales opportunities, helping to grow revenue and strengthen client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers through chat, email, and other digital channels to identify sales opportunities.
• Recover lost or abandoned revenue by following up on previous interactions.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations and sales activities in the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales tactics with promotional campaigns.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
