Executive Customer Success

About the role

PTCL is looking for an Executive Customer Success professional to drive engagement, adoption, and satisfaction for its enterprise accounts. You will act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless service delivery and fostering long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day execution of customer success activities for assigned enterprise accounts.
• Oversee onboarding, solution adoption, service continuity, and achievement of business outcomes.
• Develop and execute customer success plans aligned with client objectives, monitor account health, and implement engagement strategies to improve retention.
• Conduct regular operational, performance, and business review meetings, ensuring timely closure of action items.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service Delivery, Operations, Technical Support, Projects, and Product Management to resolve issues and guarantee seamless service.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including success plans, health scorecards, risk registers, and executive dashboards.

Required profile

• BSc in Telecommunication, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Telecommunications, ICT, or Customer Operations.
