Executive International Business

About the role

The Executive International Business role is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of the International Direct Dial (IDD) business. You will drive strategy, revenue growth, product and campaign management, and market insight initiatives while coordinating across multiple stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing the IDD revenue stream and support formulation of IDD strategy to increase revenue and customer base.
• Coordinate inter‑departmental and customer engagement activities for IDD launches and new bundle offerings.
• Develop business cases, obtain ROI approvals, and oversee the end‑to‑end campaign lifecycle including conception, analytics, market research, pricing, product development, communication and implementation.
• Conduct market analysis using customer research and business intelligence to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reporting decks on IDD revenue performance.
• Maintain up‑to‑date IDD product information across all customer touchpoints.
• Plan and manage operations for launching new offers and promotions.
• Initiate precision marketing activities by targeting IDD customers with the right offers at the right time using segmentation, predictive analytics, experimentation and AI‑driven decisioning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in international business or telecom segments.
• Goal‑oriented with strong ownership, accountability and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent time‑management, analytical, reporting and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Effective cross‑functional coordination, stakeholder management and strong communication and negotiation skills.
