Executive Property Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Executive Property professional to lead our property operations, ensuring seamless tenancy, facility management, and high client satisfaction. The role combines hands‑on post‑handover services, leasing, resident onboarding, and community‑wide operational oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Handle leasing, tenancy contracts, and resident onboarding, including documentation, client verification, and agreement execution.
• Supervise post‑handover processes, ensuring timely issue resolution and accurate record‑keeping.
• Oversee housekeeping operations, managing team attendance, task allocation, and quality control.
• Coordinate landscaping maintenance, contractor schedules, and safety/aesthetic inspections.
• Manage reception and front‑desk activities to deliver top‑notch customer service.
• Administer community security and gate‑pass protocols, collaborating with security teams on compliance and incident reporting.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing queries and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Assist in vendor and contractor coordination, SOP implementation, and continuous process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in property or facility management with direct exposure to tenancy and post‑handover services.
• Strong team‑management, client‑handling, and operational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
