Expert Postpaid & Roaming Segments

About the role

The Expert – Roaming & Postpaid Segment will lead growth initiatives for both roaming and postpaid portfolios, driving subscriber acquisition, revenue enhancement, and customer engagement. This commercially‑focused professional will manage strategic projects from concept to delivery, working closely with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute roaming growth strategies, including marketing campaigns, promotions, and partnership launches.
• Monitor roaming performance, analyse data, and recommend actions to improve acquisition, usage, and retention.
• Lead postpaid growth initiatives, enabling sales channels to meet gross‑add and base‑growth targets.
• Design analytical frameworks to identify opportunities, support decision‑making, and track KPIs.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Digital, Product, and Customer Experience teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of initiatives.
• Report performance against agreed metrics and propose corrective measures when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Telecommunications, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in telecommunications, commercial strategy, marketing, sales or customer growth.
• Experience in roaming, postpaid, customer lifecycle management or commercial operations is preferred.
