Field Sales Representative – Beauty Care Products

About the role

We are seeking energetic Field Sales Representatives to promote a range of beauty care products in salons and pharmacy outlets across an assigned territory. The role is field‑based, requiring daily visits, relationship building and achievement of sales targets while using a company‑provided electric scooter for mobility.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned salons and pharmacy outlets each day to showcase and sell beauty care products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with shop owners, managers and staff.
• Ensure product availability, proper shelf placement and visibility in each outlet.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and report performance.
• Submit daily activity reports and market feedback to the sales manager.

Required profile

• Minimum FA / Intermediate qualification.
• Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
• Previous field sales experience in FMCG, beauty or pharmacy channels is preferred but not mandatory.
• Comfortable with daily travel across the territory using an EV scooter.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Fresh graduates with high motivation are welcome.
