Head of Global Implementation & Cash Services (Pakistan)

About the role

The Head of Global Implementation & Cash Services will lead the Transaction Banking Implementation and Cash Client Service franchise in Pakistan. The role oversees the full client journey from onboarding through implementation to ongoing service delivery, driving client experience, revenue, operational excellence and digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Transaction Banking Implementation and Cash Client Service function, ensuring a seamless client experience across the lifecycle.
• Drive successful onboarding, implementation and ongoing delivery of Cash, Payments, Trade and other Transaction Banking solutions.
• Build strong client relationships and act as senior escalation point for complex implementation and service matters.
• Partner with Sales, Coverage, Product, Technology and Operations teams to deliver integrated solutions and accelerate revenue.
• Drive operational excellence through process simplification, service improvement and performance management.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives such as API, ERP connectivity and system integration.
• Develop and lead a high‑performing team, fostering collaboration, accountability and continuous learning.
• Strengthen governance, risk management and regulatory compliance across implementation and service activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of banking or financial services experience with significant client implementation exposure.
• PMP or other relevant project‑management certification is advantageous.
