Head of Global Subsidiaries – Pakistan

About the role

The Head of Global Subsidiaries (GS) in Pakistan will lead the GS team, shape the regional strategy and ensure alignment with the broader Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) objectives. This senior position reports to the global GS management team and works closely with product partners and senior client stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the GS segment strategy within CIB Coverage Pakistan.
• Coordinate execution of the business plan, ensuring resource alignment with cluster and global objectives.
• Lead the client segment strategy, creating a global client value proposition and supporting CIB marketing initiatives.
• Drive revenue, cost management and overall financial performance targets.
• Identify client needs across product lines, originate new business and deepen existing relationships.
• Engage senior decision‑makers to shift from transactional to advisory coverage.
• Manage corporate inbound client relationships, ensuring fair treatment and handling complaints per Group standards.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in Corporate & Investment Banking or a related financial services sector.
• Strong track record of developing and executing regional business strategies.
• Deep understanding of client relationship management at senior‑level.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional product and industry partners.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
