About the role
Our client, a Canada‑based company, is looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented HR Assistant to support its operations from Karachi on a night‑shift schedule. This full‑time, on‑site role is ideal for recent graduates who are fluent in English and eager to develop HR skills in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with HR documentation, data management, and maintenance of employee records.
- Support recruitment coordination, including scheduling interviews and onboarding activities.
- Communicate HR updates to the management team in a timely manner.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling employee information.
- Perform general administrative duties and provide operational support as needed.
Required profile
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational, multitasking and time‑management abilities.
- Quick learner with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Comfortable working night shifts and independently managing on‑site responsibilities.
