HR Executive

About the role

The HR Executive will join Rev9 Solutions in Jhelum to lead the full‑cycle recruitment process, manage employee relations and ensure compliance with company policies and local labour legislation. This full‑time, on‑site position works closely with all departments to support a positive and growth‑focused workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
• Manage employee relations, address grievances and ensure adherence to labour laws.
• Conduct performance reviews and support performance‑management initiatives.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Drive employee engagement programmes and foster a collaborative culture.
• Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• Relevant HR certifications such as PHR or SHRM‑CP (a plus).
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations and labour‑law compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work independently.

• Proficiency with HR management software and related tools.
