HR & People Manager – Build Culture & Drive Performance

About the role

We are looking for an energetic HR & People Manager to shape a strong workplace culture while ensuring discipline, accountability and professional standards. The ideal candidate will be approachable yet firm, able to address performance issues, resolve employee matters and support the organization’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, off‑boarding and employee record keeping.
• Develop, enforce and continuously improve HR policies, procedures and workplace rules.
• Handle difficult conversations, performance evaluations, warnings and improvement plans with confidence and professionalism.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, conduct and engagement, and provide timely HR reports to management.
• Partner with managers to resolve performance and operational issues and support workforce planning.
• Organise team‑building activities, employee events and recognition programmes to keep staff motivated and connected.
• Identify emerging workplace concerns early and take proactive action.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
