Hub Lead – Multan

About the role

The Hub Lead will be responsible for managing daily operations of the Multan hub and its surrounding cities, ensuring seamless logistics and high‑quality customer service. This role involves developing efficiency strategies, controlling costs, and aligning cross‑functional teams to meet operational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day hub operations, guaranteeing smooth logistics and customer service.
• Design and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and raise service quality.
• Lead, coach, and manage a team of hub staff and LMPs, driving productivity through training and performance management.
• Collaborate with sort, linehaul, first‑mile, commercial, and customer service teams to resolve operational issues.
• Maintain strong relationships with partners, vendors, and stakeholders for seamless network integration.
• Monitor KPIs, develop action plans, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within logistics or supply‑chain environments.
• Proven track record of managing teams and delivering operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes and customer‑service best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent in English and Urdu.
