About the role
We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to join our Lahore office. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will play a key part in shaping HR policies, managing employee benefits and supporting overall personnel management.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, update and enforce HR policies in line with organisational goals.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs.
- Manage recruitment processes, from job posting to candidate selection.
- Implement HR management practices that promote compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and nurture a positive workplace culture.
Required profile
- Strong foundation in Human Resources and Personnel Management.
- Experience in HR management and policy development.
- Knowledge of employee benefits administration.
- Ability to ensure compliance with employment law.
- Excellent organizational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Prior experience in a similar HR role is highly preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency with HR tools and technologies (general).
