Junior Account Manager – Regional Consumer Brands (Perfumery & Beauty)

About the role

As a Junior Account Manager for Regional Consumer Brands – Perfumery & Beauty, you will act as the primary liaison between dsm-firmenich and its fragrance clients in Pakistan. You will drive sales growth, manage the full account lifecycle, and position the company as a strategic partner.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, securing briefs for profitable projects.
• Define account objectives, create commercial strategies, and implement detailed account plans.
• Identify business opportunities, assess decision factors, and document competitive landscapes.
• Negotiate commercial terms, including pricing, payment conditions, and contract renewals.
• Lead and coordinate fragrance projects with internal teams and clients, overseeing submissions and approvals.
• Manage product lifecycle activities such as Master Data Management (MDM), demand planning, and supply‑chain coordination to ensure high service levels.
• Monitor financial performance, control expenses, and track budget versus actual results.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Science or related field.
• 1‑3 years of sales experience in flavor, fragrance, or ingredient markets within FMCG.
• Strong product expertise and passion for the fragrance industry.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to articulate dsm‑firmenich’s value proposition.
• Strategic planning capability and a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset.
• Understanding of supply‑chain processes, including product life‑cycle and demand planning.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
