About the role
We are seeking a motivated Junior Corporate Travel Consultant to join our Islamabad office. The role involves assisting corporate clients with travel bookings, itineraries, and providing dedicated customer support while ensuring efficient service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Handle flight, hotel, and travel reservations.
- Assist clients with travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Respond to travel-related queries and provide customer support.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and vendors.
- Maintain accurate booking records and documentation.
- Support daily corporate travel operations.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a travel agency or corporate travel environment.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Diploma or certification in Travel & Tourism (preferred).
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Email communication.
- Basic knowledge of travel reservation systems.
What we offer
- Salary package of PKR 50,000 – 60,000 per month.
- Probation period of 3 months.
