Lead Concierge Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Concierge to oversee resident support, visitor management and daily operations within our hotel community in Lahore. The role ensures high‑quality service, accurate billing and seamless coordination across departments.

Key responsibilities

• Send monthly billing reminders and invoices for community service charges, maintain payment records and follow up on pending dues.
• Provide prompt assistance to residents and tenants, resolve concerns, and coordinate special service requests.
• Manage documentation for apartment possession, move‑in/move‑out processes and ensure compliance with established procedures.
• Oversee visitor entry procedures, maintain visitor logs, approve scheduled entries and work with security teams.
• Execute special projects and administrative initiatives, supporting management to deliver improvements on time.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Public Administration or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in concierge, guest relations or property/community management.
• Strong understanding of resident support, visitor handling, billing coordination and documentation.
