Lead Generation Specialist - Digital Marketing

About the role

Falcon Consulting is seeking a results‑driven Lead Generation Specialist to fuel its B2B pipeline across global markets. Working directly with the Founder & CEO, you will create and nurture high‑quality prospects using digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Generate high‑quality B2B leads through LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads, email outreach and other digital platforms.
• Identify and research target companies, industries and decision‑makers in the US, UK, Europe, GCC and other regions.
• Build targeted prospect lists and qualify leads against defined criteria.
• Schedule qualified meetings and appointments for the Founder & CEO.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align lead‑generation efforts with business objectives.
• Test new strategies, tools and channels, and continuously improve campaign performance.
• Track, analyze and report on campaign results.

Required profile

• Target‑oriented and highly motivated.
• Comfortable with B2B prospecting and lead generation.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Able to research companies and pinpoint key decision‑makers.
• Confident using digital platforms and online research tools.
• Self‑motivated, performance‑driven and eager to learn.
• Comfortable communicating directly with senior leadership.
