Lead Real Estate Management (PMO) – Karachi

About the role

foodpanda is seeking a highly‑driven Lead, Real Estate Management (PMO) to own the network development agenda for its DMART business in Pakistan. Based in Karachi and reporting to the Director Quick Commerce, you will plan and execute multiple infrastructure projects, manage asset health, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the network development agenda for Pakistan, planning activities that accelerate business impact while strengthening long‑term capabilities.
• Identify and close gaps in operational control, facilities management, and construction governance.
• Own the CAPEX budget, prioritising expenditures to support growth, compliance and safety.
• Ensure business continuity through reduced downtime, faster incident response and audit‑ready documentation.
• Manage FM OPEX budgeting, forecasting, invoice validation and prevention of cost leakage.
• Enforce FM vendor SLAs and execute energy‑saving measures at store level.
• Support IoT and temperature‑monitoring rollout across stores.
• Monitor project KPIs, maintain dashboards and drive projects to completion on time, within budget and scope.

Required profile

• Proven track record leading infrastructural development projects, acquisitions and expansions.
• Experience managing asset health and facilities operations.
• Strong team‑management skills with an ownership mindset.
• Ability to work closely with senior leadership and diverse internal and external stakeholders.
