Mechanical Draughting Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Mechanical Draughting Engineer to join our in‑office team in Lahore. The role focuses on producing accurate 2D and 3D mechanical drawings, supporting project design engineers, and maintaining up‑to‑date documentation throughout the product development cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Project Design Engineer to implement drawing changes.
• Update, revise, and create 2D and 3D mechanical drawings.
• Generate part drawings from assembly drawings and vice‑versa.
• Maintain organized drawing files, version history, and design records.
• Ensure all drawings comply with limits, fits, tolerances, dimensions, and annotation standards.

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (degree not mandatory).
• Practical experience in mechanical drafting and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to read and prepare engineering drawings accurately.

Required skills

• Proficient use of AutoCAD.
• Basic knowledge of SolidWorks (optional but preferred).
• Understanding of mechanical drawing conventions, limits & fits, tolerances, and annotations.
