MEP Draftsman

About the role

We are seeking an experienced MEP Draftsman to create detailed design drawings and specifications for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The successful candidate will work closely with engineers and project managers to ensure all designs meet project standards and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed MEP design drawings using CAD software.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to align designs with project specifications.
• Review architectural plans for compatibility with MEP systems.
• Prepare and revise drawings to accommodate design changes.
• Coordinate with site teams to resolve design issues during construction.
• Maintain an organized library of MEP designs and documentation.
• Provide technical support to site personnel as needed.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in MEP drafting.
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
• Strong understanding of MEP codes and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and ability to work both independently and in a team.
