NetSuite Operator – Finance ERP Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented NetSuite Operator to join our Finance team in Karachi. In this mid‑level position you will manage and continuously improve our NetSuite ERP platform, supporting both local initiatives and our international clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain NetSuite for daily financial and operational tasks.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular checks and reconciliations.
• Generate and analyse financial and operational reports using SuiteAnalytics.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
• Identify and implement process‑improvement and automation opportunities.
• Assist with basic NetSuite customisations (custom fields, forms, reports).
• Collaborate with other departments to address NetSuite needs and provide technical support.
• Participate in NetSuite upgrades, testing, and migration projects.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Provide training and support to end‑users.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience with ERP systems, especially NetSuite.
• Strong understanding of finance and operations business processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data precision.
• Experience with system migration or implementation projects.
• Knowledge of audit and compliance principles within an ERP environment.
