Operations Manager – E‑Commerce & Business Operations

About the role

BEBE BASK is a fast‑growing premium baby and lifestyle brand that sells across the United States through Amazon, Shopify, wholesale and TikTok Shop. The Operations Manager will serve as the operational backbone to the Founder, ensuring day‑to‑day processes run smoothly while the company scales rapidly.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve systems that support e‑commerce, wholesale and partnership channels.
• Drive accountability across departments, monitor performance metrics and ensure alignment with growth objectives.
• Coordinate launches, manage contractors, suppliers and cross‑functional teams to meet tight timelines.
• Identify operational bottlenecks, propose data‑driven solutions and oversee their execution.
• Maintain visibility into inventory, order fulfillment, and logistics to support seamless customer experiences.

Required skills

• Experience with Shopify e‑commerce platform.
• Familiarity with Amazon seller operations.
• Knowledge of TikTok Shop marketplace.
