People and Culture Specialist

About the role

The People and Culture Specialist will support the implementation of the company’s training and engagement initiatives. This role works closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure a vibrant, well‑communicated workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the approved training calendar and coordinate internal and external training sessions.
• Assist in preparing and rolling out the yearly employee engagement calendar.
• Arrange and document engagement activities such as round tables and Baithaks.
• Maintain back‑end data on the Buzz portal, ensuring information is up‑to‑date.
• Manage recognition programs, including Quarterly Spotlight Award ceremonies, 360‑feedback for nominees, and Excellence Day events.
• Drive the Vision, Mission, Values (VMV) campaign to ensure consistent communication across the workforce.
• Create LinkedIn and internal communication posts for all activities.
• Conduct organizational diagnostics using tools like engagement surveys and 360‑feedback to support business strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources from an HEC‑recognized university.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant HR experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, time‑management, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
