Senior Recruiter – Technology Hiring

About the role

Huawei Pakistan is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead technology hiring across its product lines. The role focuses on senior and executive talent in the ICT and telecom sectors, supporting rapid growth in Islamabad.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for senior and executive technology positions across Wireless (5G/RAN), Optical Networks, Data Communication, Cloud, Enterprise IT, Digital Power, and ICT Infrastructure.
• Headhunt and engage passive senior candidates through targeted outreach, market mapping, and networking.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to define role requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for Huawei’s core technology domains.
• Conduct in‑depth screening interviews to assess technical fit, leadership capability, and cultural alignment.
• Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through offer and onboarding.
• Negotiate complex offers and close senior candidates effectively.
• Track and report recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency or headhunting environment.
• Proven track record of placing executive‑level talent in ICT or telecom.
• Strong understanding of the Pakistani and regional ICT/telecom ecosystem.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple senior searches, and meet tight timelines.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Based in Islamabad or willing to relocate.
