Permit Officer / NOC Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Permit Officer / NOC Officer to oversee the acquisition and renewal of all necessary No Objection Certificates, permits and clearances required for our construction projects. The role ensures smooth project execution by coordinating with authorities, internal teams and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Secure project site plots and liaise with owners and authorities.
• Obtain and renew NOCs from municipalities, civil defense, aviation authorities and utility providers.
• Plan and schedule authority submissions to align with project timelines.
• Conduct site visits to assess plot conditions, infrastructure and potential regulatory issues.
• Coordinate with project engineers and site teams for equipment permits, traffic diversions and temporary area occupation.
• Maintain accurate records of all NOC‑related documentation.
• Identify and implement process improvements to make NOC acquisition more efficient.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in Pakistan with a proven track record of obtaining NOCs and permits for construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of authority regulations, site operations and construction requirements.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and communication abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
